Cancellation Policy

- Non-cancellation Policy: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy is in place because orders are immediately prepared for dispatch to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- Cancellation Fee: In special circumstances where cancellation is pursued after an order has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount will be applied. This fee is levied to cover part of the costs incurred from the preparation of your order.

- Refunds: Due to our non-cancellation policy, refunds are only considered under special circumstances and will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

- Rescheduling: Should you need to change the delivery date of your order, we offer the option to reschedule. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a new delivery date.

- Custom Orders: Please be advised that custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have commenced production.
